About Us
Our company Yarra Cleaning Services has been trading since March 1994. A privately owned family company, the original directors are actively involved in the daily management of the business. Now servicing the entire Melbourne metropolitan area, Yarra Cleaning Services has earned a reputation for friendliness, responsiveness, quality and reliability. We have serviced a range of clients, from schools, commercial offices and houses to factories, warehouses, showrooms and shop floors. We have also had experience in cleaning for construction sites, domestic properties, sports centres and clients who require hospital standard cleaning. Our staff We pride ourselves on only employing attentive, punctual, reliable and skilled staff. All cleaning staff have been trained in Certificate III of Cleaning Operations (TAFE) and all have had previous industry experience. Staff are chosen on professional and character references and for clients who request it, we can perform a police check. Staff are uniformed and are required to carry identification. Staff training In addition to Certificate III of Cleaning Operations, new staff to a job or the company are immediately supervised at the beginning. Our stringent Occupations Health and Safety Policy (OH&S) is observed by all staff and in addition, we provide clients with a peace-of-mind by using only safe and quality equipment, more of which can be read about in our section on Equipment.
